1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how AnchorBeat (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) handles data when you use all in-app functions, including gallery browsing, image editing, filter processing, image cropping, border and text editing, image exporting and simulated account functions.
The App is designed for local image processing only. We prioritize user privacy and minimal data processing.This App does NOT collect, store, upload, or transmit any personal user data to any server or third party.
By installing and using this App, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please stop using the App immediately.
2. Data Processing Principle
All image rendering, filter effects (including CIFilter rendering, LUT color grading, portrait blur, cartoon, anime, oil painting, watercolor, sketch, 90s VHS and retro styles), parameter adjustment, rotation, flipping, ratio cropping, magazine border and text editing functions run locally on your device.
No data of any kind will be uploaded, synced or stored on any cloud server.
3. Types of Data Accessed
The App only accesses data locally on your device for the sole purpose of providing core editing functions:
- Local Photos & Images: The App can only read the images you actively select for editing. It does not scan, collect or cache your entire photo gallery. Edited images are only saved locally to your device album upon your manual export operation.
- Temporary In-Memory Data: During editing, image data is temporarily loaded in device memory for real-time preview, comparison and rendering. This temporary data is completely cleared after you exit the editor or close the App.
- No Personal Identifiable Information: The App does not access your name, username, contact information, location, device identity, payment information or any private personal data.
4. Simulated Account & Coin System (No Real Data)
All login, logout, coin reward, account deletion and “My Page” related functions in this App are pure UI simulation demonstrations.
These modules do not connect to any backend server, do not require real account registration, do not verify user identity, and do not generate or store any user account data. All simulated operations are only displayed on the local interface with no data record retained.
5. Data Storage & Retention
We do not store any of your data.
All edited pictures and temporary editing records exist only on your personal device. No file, image or operation log is sent to external servers. All local temporary cache will be automatically cleared when the App is closed, and all local data will be permanently removed once you uninstall the App.
6. No Sharing, No Selling, No Disclosure
We do not share, sell, rent or disclose any user data to any third-party individuals, companies or organizations under any circumstances. The App contains no third-party SDK, third-party statistics, advertising tracking or external data collection services.
7. User Rights & Control
You have full control over all your local data:
- You can enable or disable photo and storage permissions via your device system settings at any time;
- You can delete edited images and local cache files manually;
- The in-app account deletion function only clears local simulated UI status and leaves no real data;
- You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time to remove all temporary local data.
8. Children’s Privacy
This App does not intentionally collect any personal information from users of any age. Since no user data is collected or stored, there is no risk of privacy infringement for minor users.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally for product optimization. The updated version will be displayed within the App page. Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
