1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator of AnchorBeat (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). The Terms govern your access to and use of all App functions, including but not limited to image browsing, viewing, filtering, editing, cropping, adjusting, border design, text typesetting, image exporting, and local simulated account functions.
By downloading, installing, or using this App, you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you shall immediately stop all use of this App.
2. Service Description
This App provides professional local photo editing tools for personal, non-commercial use, including multiple built-in filters, image parameter adjustment, rotation, flipping, aspect ratio cropping, magazine-style border templates, editable text creation, portrait blur, and stylized image effects (cartoon, anime, oil painting, watercolor, line art, VHS retro style and more).
All editing operations and image rendering are completed locally on your device. The App does not upload, transmit, sync or store any user images, operation records or personal data on any remote server.
All login, logout, coin system, account deletion and other account-related modules in the App are pure local UI simulation functions without actual server connection, data registration, payment service or real user data storage.
3. User Conduct and Obligations
When using this App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, harmful or inappropriate purposes;
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack or attempt to alter the App program code, structure and functions;
- Use the App to infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party;
- Spread malware, malicious code or conduct any behavior that may damage the App or other users’ device environment;
- Abuse simulated account functions to conduct fake transactions, fraud or improper marketing behaviors.
You shall be solely responsible for all content you edit and all behaviors occurring under your use of the App.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in this App, including but not limited to interface design, UI layout, filter algorithms, functional logic, text description, icon design, program code and software technology, are exclusively owned by the App operator.
You obtain only a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial personal license to use the App. No right of reproduction, modification, distribution, sale or secondary development is granted.
You retain all rights to your locally edited images. The App does not claim any ownership of your personal image content.
5. Service Availability and Maintenance
The operator reserves the right to optimize, upgrade, adjust or maintain the App functions at any time, and may temporarily suspend the service due to version updates, device adaptation or technical maintenance.
Since the App runs completely locally and does not rely on server services, temporary function exceptions caused by device system compatibility, system version updates or local device environment problems shall be borne by the user.
6. Privacy Protection
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. All data processing rules are strictly based on local device processing without any user information collection or storage. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed privacy rules.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable rules:
- This App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free, uninterrupted or fully compatible with all devices;
- We are not liable for any local image loss, content change or device system abnormality caused by your manual operation, system reasons or third-party software interference;
- We do not assume any responsibility for any illegal use or improper editing behavior by users;
- All simulated account and coin functions are only for UI display, and have no actual commercial value or service significance, and we bear no relevant liability.
8. Termination of Use
You may stop using the App or uninstall the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of the App if you violate these Terms.
After termination of use, all local temporary data generated during your use will no longer be maintained by the App, and you shall still be bound by the intellectual property and disclaimer clauses of these Terms.
9. Update of Terms
We may update these Terms irregularly for function iteration and rule optimization. The updated Terms will be displayed within the App. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
